2. Payment Policy

Iron Star Builders Techs do not collect payments directly from customers.

Payments must be made using the agreed-upon method at the end of the installation or as arranged with the sales representative before the project begins.

Our team will remain on-site until payment is confirmed. Customers can either notify the technicians of payment completion or the sales representative will confirm with the team before they depart.

Team members do not collect payments on behalf of the company unless an owner is present on-site at that time.

3. Warranty and Issue Resolution

We provide a 30-day warranty on our assembly work.

We document completed work with photos and require customer signatures upon job completion.

If any issues arise, we will review the original documentation and compare it to the reported problem to determine if it is due to a mishap on our end or other factors.

If Iron Star Builders is found to be responsible for any damages, refunds will be processed within 45 days of the resolution.
4. Safety Guidelines

Customers must stay at least 10 feet away from the job site and workers at all times to prevent accidental injuries.

Iron Star Builders is not responsible for any injuries sustained by customers who fail to adhere to this advisory
